Day 01: Kochi (Cochin): Reach Kochi (Cochin)- the cultural and commercial hub of kerala. On arrival you will be received by our representative and will be transferred to your hotel remaining day at leisure. Evening free to explore the vibrant market.

Day 02: Kochi: Day sightseeing at fort Kochi, visit the
Mattancherry Palace, Jewish synagogue, Jew town, old spices markets, St Francis church, Santa cruz Basilica and Chinese fishing nets. Proceed for a short backwater cruise on traditional rice boats on Vembanad Lake and see coir making factories, toddy shops and cultivated farms.

Day 03:
Munnar: After a picturesque drive through jungles, waterfalls and spice plantations, reach the high ranges of Munnar – the highest and the most beautiful tea growing region in the world. Visit a tea factory and tea gardens after some leisure.

Day 04: Munnar: Visit Eravikkulam National Park to see the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Rest of the day free to visit many beautiful spots around Munnar.

Day 05: Madurai: Drive out of Kerala hills and reach Tamilnadu Plains – the Dravidian heartland. At Madurai, check in at your hotel. Remaining day at leisure.

Day 06: Madurai: Visit the Thirumal Nayaka Palace and the Dravidain masterpiece Meenakshi Sundereshwar temple which makes the city of Madurai so Famous and pulsate with festivities.

Day 07: Periyar: Drive through forested mountains and finally reach Periyar National Park – One of the best jungles in India to see wild elephant. Day free to explore on own.

Day 08: Periyar: Visit the National Park on boat over Periyar lake where several wild animals come congregate at different times.

Day 09: Kumarakom: After breakfast drive and reach Kumarakom – an island with a beautiful bird sanctuary and extremely serene atmosphere. Stay at Coconut Lagoons- a wonderful resort providing restored tharawads as idyllic rooms.

Day 10: Kumarakom: Day free to relax and explore around.

Day 11: Houseboat (Kettuvalom):
In the morning board the Kettuvalom (house boat) – a traditional rice barge converted into a houseboat with a fully furnished bedroom, attached bathroom, living room and sun deck. You will have your exclusive chef who will prepare tasty meals and seafood for you. For the whole day and night you will be moving over the backwater canals witnessing every aspect of backwater lifestyle in a leisurely manner. You have the discretion to ask your boat to be moored at any point you find appealing.

Day 12: Marari: Morning reach to Marari Beach. Right in the heart of the “Spice Coast” just an hour from Kochi (Cochin) Marari is the most fabulous stretch of soft sandy beach fringed with palm, an idyllic retreat for those who want to “get away from it all”. Marari originates from “Mararikulam”, one of the local fishing villages, where life still goes on much as it did a hundred years ago. Marari offers endless miles of superb sand beaches backed by swaying palms, virgin territory where you can experience the local charm and Keralan Hospitality at it’s best.

The Marari Beach is a Brand New Resort built in the style of a traditional fishing village with thatched villas that have been designed to be in keeping with the local village style. The resort has also its own Ayurveda doctor and a team of dedicated men and women masseurs and therapists.

Day 13: Marari: Day at leisure at the beach. Discretion to experience Ayurvedic massages (extra charges applicable). You may also take an excursion to Alleppey or Kochi (extra charges applicable).

Day 14: Marari: Day again in leisure and Ayurvedic treatments.

Day 16: Marari:
Day at leisure.


Day 17: Trivandrum:
Drive to trivandrum. On arrival take a trip to Padmanabhapuram Palace. Over night at your floating cottage in Poovar Island Resort- located on 12.5 acres of lush green coconut gardens alongside the beach and sea.


Day 18: Trivandrum:
The whole day free to relax and to explore the resort on your own.


Day 19: Departure:
Appropriate time cheek out from your hotel and drive to Trivandrum international airport to board the flight back home. The tour ends.
